● City of Phoenix - Interstate 17 and Sweetwater Avenue. Plan and profile
for 6,400 linear feet of large diameter transmission main line
replacement.
● City of Eloy. Design site plan and details for sludge treatment plant with
a sludge dewatering system, including one sludge pump station and one
effluent pump station mechanical plan and sections.
● Sears Holding Corporation. ADA remediation plans for Kmart sites
throughout the county. Includes upgrades to curbs, ramps, pedestrian
walkways, and parking lots. Ensuring ADA regulation requirements were
met.
● ASU - W. P. Carey School of Business. Demolition plans for utilities,
structures, etc. to provide upgrades for hardscape and landscape plans.
● Mohave County - Lake Havasu City. Flood Control Infrastructure Design.
Design plans of retention basins with sediment traps, overflow
structures, access roads, and channel design.
● Mohave County - Moccasin Wash. Design plans for culvert replacement,
proposed contouring of upstream and downstream, details for
downstream steps and stilling basin.
● Ch’ Ooshgai Community School, Tohatchi, Arizona. Design plans for
sewer line and sewage lagoon upgrades.

Engineering Technician, Office of Environmental Health &
Engineering
Many Farms, Arizona — 2002-2007
Specialized in drafting waterline construction plans, septic system and site plan
layouts and determining reservoir and waterline route locations. Located
proposed waterline routes with Handheld GPS units at all beginning of points,
point of intersections, wash crossings and road crossings. Liaison to
homeowners, permit holders, archaeologists and survey crew regarding project
descriptions, location of proposed utilities, and any discrepancies. Conducted
feasibility studies to determine household size, structures, utilities installed,
location to existing waterline sources, and soil type. Construction inspector of
utility installation, coordinated with contractors ensuring plans, standards, and
schedules were followed. Aided as a computer IT assisting with computer needs,
installations, backups, maintenance, and configuration.
Accomplishments
● Many Farms, Arizona. Field designed a proposed waterline of
approximately 13 miles that provided service to 23 homes. Developed
construction documents and coordinated construction with contractors
up to completion of project.
● Cottonwood/Tselani, Arizona. Field designed a proposed waterline of
approximately 8 miles that provided service to 12 homes.
● Rough Rock, Arizona. Performed feasibility study of 200+ homes,
proposed approximately 30 miles waterline and mapped entire project
utilizing Handheld GPS units.
● Performed Feasibility studies of 100+ homes scattered throughout a 50
mile radius. Coordinating location with archaeologists, survey crews, and
construction crews. Developed construction documents and coordinated
construction with contractors up to completion of project.
● Pinon, Arizona. Performed level loop survey of existing IHS facility and
housings that were prone to flooding at the request of the Director of
IHS.
● Reviewed and corrected construction plan sets of other design projects
prior to submittal.
● Lukachukai, Arizona. Maintained arsenic test equipment at a local well
site; collected samples weekly and submitted to labs for analysis.
● Collected bacteria samples of installed waterline system at designated
locations; provide documentation and samples to labs for analysis.
